  We picked up subways for the first time in awhile and this place was awesome! Naffee was such a sweetheart and made the experience super fun for my kids. Thank you! We’ll be back!

  I ordered through skip, called the location and advised them to put extra veggies on my sub, I receive the sub.. it’s missing toppings and theirs barely any toppings on it. Extremely disappointing. ** edit ** when I called the I specifically asked for double veggies , extra mayo . As you can see they failed to do what was asked. No where in my order on slip does it say less veggies. Extremely unprofessional to try and call me a liar, nice try!

  NEW UPDATE REPLY TO THE STORE replay to you about the customer you mentioned he witnessed the last five minutes from the hall-pictured without noticing what the employee making me run through because at the end the second employee showed up later he refused to give me the order to make the delivery happened so ask them to tell you the hall story in truth ways Extremely unprofessional with very bad attitude as a delivery person the staff just keeps you waiting they don’t care as they think you’re an lower level than them with a racist look so went for a pick order as supposed be ready and understood they might be a delay sometimes but not too service the new customers just walked in after waiting an 16-22 minute and still nothing and when you asked where is the order kept saying another 5 minutes this not an way to do a business if you can’t handle this anyway I did report it to the delivery platform and gonna send and email or call the head office of subway to report the un respect employee and to the consumer protection as well and am not going there anymore as living close by and as a family we eat there from time to time but not anymore at the end was needed to cancel the order with app and customer notified and both wasn’t happy from the restaurant service was being provided thanks for your reply and by the way I was waiting at store more than 30 minutes for order and please provide the video camera you have in your store as your employee said I wasn’t waiting my turn even the app shows my pickup time pass 35 minutes and order wasn’t ready and especially the employee showed up at 4:30 he was extremely aggressive and please keep the video camera record as now gonna report for the police under safety issues as the so everyone knows his rights sam as the platform I asked them to block me from serving this store and by the way the drivers all they doing helping businesses like your store to extend and get more businesses and we make living by the way we you receive the order it’s been at least 20 minutes before I arrived to store this how’s it working and already I was late around 2-3 minutes from pick up time and I drove to your store from 6 km away so I wasted an hour for zero earnings and when I arrived at store there were only 3 customers but your employee where ignored me and the order am picking up and still serving the new customer just showed up after me so please review your video camera record thank again

  Ever since this Subway changed management, it has been disgusting inside. The people who used to run it kept a really clean store. But the new management has replaced all the staff and you get hardly any toppings on your sandwich.
