  Extremely slow drive thru, 15+ mins even though there were least 5 staff working snd the dining room was closed. Only one car ahead of us and by time we were served there was a stack of 7 total. Also just expensive for fast food, $20 per meal.

  We had the half rib plate and 1 BBQ sandwich. Sadly disappointed with the ribs, it was tasteless and if not for the sauce it was not eatable. The fries were dry and we ended taking them to feed the birds. The floor of the restaurant was sticky and looked like it was not washed. I was trying to impress my wife and bragging about the food but she was very disappointed.

  Food is always really good but how you get it is extremely variable. Portion sizes are wildly inconsistent from one visit (fillet sizes and amount of fries being the most notable). There's a lack of attention to detail; it's like staff are on auto-pilot and don't read tickets. Really frustrating as it's happened several times. Service times are sometimes extremely slow. At least the bald manager who yells at his staff is gone though.

  I placed an order for delivery at 7:21PM, it was my first time placing an order locally where I did not us Uber or DoorDash. St. Hubert apparently has its own drivers and cars???? After waiting for what I was informed should take 40 minutes turned into over an hour only to learn the driver claimed he could not find our home , did not call and elected to take our order back to the restaurants Kitchen leaving is without dinner ??? The incompetence in our service industries is pathetic! Young people could careless is an observation I have noticed an witnessed with my 20 year old son and 23 year old daughter and their friends! The work ethic and pride associated with going above and beyond for the customer locally is abysmal. Noe at St Hibwrt called or offered to resend the order apologize at all! I have reordered from Swiss Chalet with Uber and my order is only 10 minutes away. Thankfully there is an English alternative!!!

  My son ordered and picked up our regular family dinner. This is a whole chicken and we ordered baked potatoes and creamy coleslaw and extra buns. After a very long wait he finally got our food. When he got home with the meal there was no butter or sour cream for the potatoes. This isn't the first time this has happened. We stopped ordering from this location for a few months.
