  The last few time I ordered the chicken fillets , I get super small pieces and they put extras to compensate. They don't even look good. If it was one time , I would say ok it's a weird batch but it's been 3 times. I didn't comment before but after this time I have to. It's take out and I'm not going to go back to return them.

  Food is really good, but the service is horrendous. Twice in a row now, just terrible service. The restaurant is NOT busy so there shouldn’t be a reason for the food to take this long and your waitress to forget the refills.

  I placed an online order for delivery and ran into a couple of issues, but the customer service at the Orléans location completely turned things around. They went above and beyond anything I could have expected, and truly made the experience exceptional. In the end, the initial issues didn’t matter at all. Amazing job!

  Marla at St. Hubert in Orleans was very knowledgeable with the menu. I have celiac disease and she answered all my questions. She greeted us with a smile and our food was brought to us in a timely manner. She made sure that my meal was not cross contaminated with glutenous items. Marla attended to our needs efficiently.
