Amazing experience at Panera Bread Ottawa! The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. The customer service was excellent, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Definitely a great place for a tasty meal with warm, professional service. Highly recommended!

I visited the Panera Bread on Preston today, and everything was fresh and really good. The space is very pleasant, and the staff were super friendly and guided me so well. This was my first time trying Panera. I had the Chicken Bacon Rancher with a cup of tomato soup, loved it

I’ve been to this Panera bread at least four times since it opened around last week no problems but this morning the manager and two other employees took 20 minutes to make me two bagels and a cappuccino because they are too busy talking laughing around at 8:38 AM when I was the only one there. hopefully they can look into this because they’re already making bad impressions after such a short time being open felt really disrespectful and I’m not one to complain like that.

Finally opened! Fresh atmosphere, beautiful furnishings. There’s a small but decent seating area. Lunch time was a bit busy. Staff are nice and friendly, would definitely come back!
