    I was at New York fries in Billings Bridge Ottawa 11th of Aug/2026 17:25 PM.I placed an order for The Works medium sized. Stuff was very polite and friendly. Only the food was disappointing: a big box of fries topped with some tomato,little chives and sour cream? NO trace! of Chilly, creamy cheese sauce or beacon !! It's unacceptable. LH

    Everything about this place was disappointing. The food was bad, the customer service was terrible, The employee had a very bad attitude and the atmosphere wasn’t good either. I definitely don’t recommend this restaurant.
