Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. I came in around **9:30 PM** and ordered **one Mucho-size veggie burrito and one veggie bowl**. The lady preparing my order seemed unhappy that I came in close to closing time. I understand it was late, but the restaurant was still open, and I was simply ordering during regular business hours. When I asked for vegetables to be added, she told me, **“If you can wait, I can cook the vegetables for you.”** I was willing to wait, but the overall attitude made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by placing an order. On top of that, **the toppings were added in extremely small quantities**. The Mucho-size burrito was supposed to be the larger size, but it honestly felt more like a regular-size burrito because of how little filling was added. The veggie bowl was also **far from full** and had much less food than I expected. After almost two years of ordering from here, I was very disappointed to receive such small portions and poor customer service. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect the food and service to be consistent, especially when I am paying for a Mucho-size item. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that customers who arrive during regular business hours should be treated respectfully and receive the portions they are paying for.
