  Really enjoyed the burrito bowl — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared! What made the experience even better was the amazing service from Srishti. She is extremely sweet, friendly, and welcoming. She helped with everything so patiently and made the visit so pleasant. Great food and even better customer service. Will definitely come back!

  Me and my friend ordered two bowls today — one chicken and one veggie. We usually go to the Kanata location and NEVER had this kind of experience, which makes me regret coming to this location today. First of all, the girl with glasses barely added HALF a scoop of chicken. When we politely asked for just a little more, literally 2–3 more cubes, she acted irritated and added almost nothing. Then instead of properly filling the bowl, she dumped watery beans all over it like she was trying to compensate for the lack of protein. The bowl looked horrible. We also asked for veggies, and apparently they had none ready. She had to make a fresh batch and kept making rude faces the entire time as if we were inconveniencing her for asking for basic ingredients. Sorry, but that is literally your job, and we are PAYING customers. On top of that, this is the first Mucho Burrito location that charged extra for guacamole in a veggie bowl. Absolutely ridiculous. Then we asked for extra pico and mango salsa and were straight up denied. What kind of customer service is this? At the Kanata location, the bowls are always properly filled to the rim, portions are generous, staff is respectful, and the food actually tastes fresh. Here, the rice was flavourless and undercooked, portions were embarrassing, and the attitude was even worse. This entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. I’ve already escalated a complaint to Mucho headquarters because this level of service is unacceptable. Definitely never coming back to this location again.

  Clean, friendly enough, too rushed, beans weren't cooked well enough and still hard, burrito was grilled very shortly and still cold, at least the veggies were fresh and everything tasted good just slightly unpleasant as it was only warm on the surface of part of the burrito. Waaay too expensive for the quality - over twenty dollars for a large burrito that was not satisfying. Paid for extra guacamole and it was brutally insufficient.
