The new-looking bathrooms were filthy, completely out of soap, and the paper towel dispenser was broken. We had to go to the Giant Tiger down the road just to buy our own hand soap. The food was also mediocre at best.

I ordered a BOGO Steak burrito through Uber eats at 8:00pm on June 26th. Both burritos were served with meat that was inedible, hard, and completely burnt. I am scared I was served food that was left for more than a day. This is a big risk to food safety, and the store should have notified my delivery driver before fulfilling the order that the steak had gone bad and they would need to change the protein. Instead of taking action to keep customers safe and happy, the staff decided it was better to serve rock hard burned steak in my burrito. I wouldn't give this to my dog, it's so bad. This place used to run like clockwork, with happy and helping staff. I called in to notify the staff about my problem with the food, and asked them to stop serving the old, stale, and burned steak. I was told there was only one person working, with no manager on site to speak to about this. This had always been my favourite burrito place to go to, I am so disappointed that something like this is able to slip through the cracks. I'm now out $25.00 for something I cannot eat. I will not be returning to this location, or any Mucho Burrito until noticable change has occurred. Please take action, and be better. This is unacceptable.
