  Haven’t been to a Mr Sun in over 40 years. I had a favourite back then so tried it again and it was the same as the memory I had!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and quite rude in their behavior. Additionally, the service was slow, and my order was not prepared on time. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

  As an Uber Eats driver, I had a disappointing experience with this restaurant. The order was not ready on time, and there was a lack of clear communication from the staff regarding the delay. This caused unnecessary waiting and affected my ability to complete deliveries efficiently. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic coordination and respect for drivers’ time is important. A more organized system and better communication would improve the experience for delivery drivers and customers alike. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their service.

  Their secret sauce is more of a dressing than a sauce. It doesn't go well with subs Toasting subs shouldn't be done with vegetables inside

  ordered thru uber eats and the meatball sub had no marinara on it. it was so dry till the point where i had to throw it out
