Wife received the wrong sandwich, and it had hair in it. The teenagers on the line don't wear hairnets.

The fries and cheese were literally floating in the sauce. We brought it up with the staff, but we were told that it wasn’t something they could control because it was done by a machine, and the portion wasn’t replaced. Honestly, this was really disappointing!
