This location is an absolute circus. You can barely get into the place because swarms of teenagers have apparently claimed both the inside and outside as their personal playground. Constant screaming, yelling, and nearly getting taken out by flying bikes just trying to walk in.
Accessible food options are important, and having affordable places in the community absolutely matters. But businesses also have a responsibility to maintain some level of decorum, respect the neighborhood they operate in and care about the environment around them.
Instead, this location seems to contribute to chaos and excessive litter throughout the Westboro area. You'll find cups, bags, wrappers everywhere and food thrown at other businesses doors. It’s filthy, embarrassing, and honestly completely at odds with what’s supposed to be a nice “village” atmosphere. What a shame.
Hello Manager,
I would like to bring to your attention an incident that occurred tonight, May 15 at 10:58 PM, involving a male front-line staff member. The employee was rude, unprofessional, and lacked proper customer service etiquette when handling orders. I found their behaviour unacceptable and it negatively affected the customer experience.
They appeared to struggle with managing customer interactions, which led to confusion and a poor service experience. I believe this situation requires additional training in customer service and professionalism.
Most of the other staff members were very polite and professional, but I was disappointed with this particular interaction.
Please address this issue appropriately. If improvement is not possible through training, further action may be necessary.
Thank you.
Every time I have eaten here the food is gross. Undercooked, cold, hard fries. Super messily made burgers with stale buns. I ask for extra pickles and don't get them. Barely warm apple pie. The people are generally nice, but the food quality is terrible.
A bit of a wait and watched possibly a manager handling food with bare hands after he touched a take out bag and other objects. Being sanitary is important.
I love having a McD's near my home and having it 24 hours. It's McDonald's so it's not GOOD, but... I'm guilty of going here a lot for middle-of-the-night grilled chicken, egg mcmuffins, mcflurries, and ice coffees. Unfortunately, my main objection is that they are always playing Good Vibrations by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. You know I like a funky brunch but, there are other songs. Also, it seems to be a hangout for homeless people which is sometimes a sanitation issue although they clearly try to keep the place clean. Plus I don't know what McDonald's corporate is thinking with its weird, weird design choices these days. Those are all my thoughts.
