  The store was immaculate I should say. Also, the service was fast and even so, the food was tasty. I'll definitely come back here when I need a meal next time!!! Special thanks to Meena for your beautiful smile that lit my day!

  I have been coming to this location since it opened thinking it would be better than the maitland location but now its a battle between both for wrong orders. At Maitland i either got the wrong coffee or wrong food item . At Richmond its the food orders that are wrong often enough. This is not an angry post just constructive criticism and definitely not looking for compensation. I did speak to the manager afew days ago about how often this happens and he handled it well that day so i held back from writing a review but tonight it happened again so i figure now its too many times to let it pass by especially with a child on the spectrum whos waiting for his happy meal and its not the correct burger inside the box and we definitely dont have the energy to go back and exchange it by the time it makes it home. Some might not understand but its a big deal. And im not even looking for any reply from mcdonalds, a manager or even mr Pauly V but simply just to please bring this issue up with your staff because if it happens to me im sure it happens to alot of your other customers as well. Your staff is all amazing and look like they work well under pressure and i praise them for that, but when under pressure you should also be able to train yourself to make sure the orders going out are correct so it doesn't make you fall behind for other orders because of a comeback or 2.   Every crew member I have seen and managers I have met are kind. The only wait I have experienced has been for breakfast meals outside breakfast times, so completely understandable. I didn't even wait that long to be honest. I come here 3-4 times a week.

  Ice cream machine broken. They've been open 6 months maybe? And touching pickles with no gloves is wild. Even at 3am.

  I’m not one for writing bad reviews, but when I came here about 2 days ago, I had a horrible experience, and USUALLY always do. I wouldn’t ever recommend this location to anyone. It’s dirty, awful staff and terrible food. I came to this location to purchase some ice cream. And, I received both of them 1/4 full. When I came back to get a refund. The manager was extremely rude, didn’t bother to apologize or reimburse me. And, remade the ice cream terribly, with the ice cream completely melted.
