Standard McDonald's food - I think the fries are quite nice and salted well enough, and the chicken nuggets are cooked perfectly - crispy but not burnt/hard
Restaurant seems ideal for mobile orders, as there is not alot of room for people. Understandably so, since downtown can be scary, and the employees need to be safe above all else.
Service varies by mileage; more often than not the cashier may seem mildly confused by the order(I believe Shammila or Shamela? - didn't look too closely at her name tag - is a cashier who may need to review the specials and coupons more). Cashiers may need to familiarize themselves with deals and prices more; management is slightly more familiar with them but I would prefer not having to call upon and wait for a manager for all my orders. Employees simply seem like they are there to do their job(which is fine, but if someone is looking for warm reception, you won't find it here)(not inherently a bad thing; McDs can get busy and so sometimes a warm reception can be hard to deliver with all the traffic).
Also, double check kiosks when possible; when I tried to make a kiosk order one time, I had to start up the machine. It was more of a waiting issue than anything, but I had a time-sensitive event to make it to, so it didn't help.
Plus, not to the fault of the staff, but some guests are unruly, which can make the ordering and picking up portion very awkward and difficult (one homeless lady rudely asked us to hurry up, insisting we were taking 20 minutes to order when she actually came in as we were starting to finish our order).
