  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s in Ottawa. Ordered food for 8 people, obviously a large order, and simply asked for everything to be put into one big bag, and they actually wanted to charge extra, seriously? That’s just ridiculous and completely unreasonable. At McDonald’s in Toronto, staff would just do it without any issue. Here? Zero flexibility, zero common sense. What’s even more ironic is that they gave me an ice cream twice by mistake, and I was honest enough to refuse the extra one. But when I needed a bag because of a large order, suddenly they’re counting every cent. Honestly, I kind of regret being honest, if you treat customers like this, don’t expect goodwill in return. The place was also packed and not clean at all, flies flying around. And then I saw the rating of 2.4, yeah, not surprising at all. If 0 stars were an option, that’s exactly what this place would get from me. Definitely never coming back.

  Orders take too long, and there seems to be a lack of coordination. I placed the same order after my friend, but mine arrived before hers. She almost went crazy waiting for her order 😂 A busy location like this really needs more staff and better organization.

  The girl on front counter working at around 5:45 pm on Friday, July 24th, was so so kind and helped me order a vegetarian lettuce wrapped burger. She was blond with a lip piercing, super kind girl. Also, I received the best lettuce wrapped burger of my life because of her. Thanks girl!!! :p
