  Extremely slow!!!! This place is overcrowded and understaffed! It took 7mins just for an iced coffee that was ordered ahead. This place is also overrun with homeless. They do have security but only during certain hours. Outside these times such as in the morning, there will be homeless in the store panhandling or loitering.

  I got food I did not want at all and every call I make their just refusing, don’t bother spending money on food u won’t get it’s not worth it 0/10

  Forgot my 4 piece nuggets? They usually won’t forget anything but today they didn’t give me my nuggets.. Fine food, fast service (which, I guess should be expected from a McDonald’s), and they had the audacity to give me my sauce cup that came with the nuggets but NO nuggets?

  People here doesn’t know how to talk if you ask how long its gonna take they will say i dont know…… this the customer service ?????? Racism on top and stafff was making fun of meee!!!! Management shoulf train them how to do service i have been a manager of fast food industry for more than 5 years

  Service is n.a. because I ordered at the kiosk. This is basically an enlarged order window. No seating, washrooms. You have to be taking your food somewhere else - home, hotel... You sure won't find anyplace nearby.
