  Wow i asked for less ice they said they cant bcz mcd policy and procedures wow seriously only this branch. Last night i got from Rideau branch he accepted my request and put less ice but this branch said no wow 2 different standards may be this branch don't want to put extra coffee and put more ice to fill up the cup

  Iced coffee is just ice with coffee flavour. I even asked the staff and they said, this is how it’s supposed to be and they refused to fix it. See picture.

  Nice new McDonald's in Old Ottawa East; ordering is easy using the kiosks and service is very quick and efficient. Staff seem nice and genuinely happy to be there. Definitely one of the better experiences at a fast food place in a long time - keep it up!

  Fries weren't salted and were hard. All three nuggets meals were hard and old/stale. Very dissapointed that not a single item out of three meals was fresh - save maybe the coffee. My kids and I got un-happy meals for around 35 dollars This was at around 405pm. I gave the service higher rating because they were patient with my order...
