  Most rude staff I have ever seen. Firstly they say that they can make the vanilla dipped cone in chocolate and then they refuse to do that and charge extra 5 dollars for the chocolate. The one who was at the front was very rude to me . He said he can’t do anything . Never visit this place again.

  We only had coffees and muffins (which by the way are fantastic). The server was not as courteous as others I have had there. She may need a refresher in customer relations.

  Says they're open 24 hours.But all their signs are shut off in drive through, probably because they don't want to serve anybody.

  The workers are incompetent genuinely please retrain them. I went there 5 minutes ago and gave my code for my 2 can dine and first she added a $10 donation, then when removing the donation she removed my code and never said anything. Then she played dumb when I said something and said she’ll meet us at the next window. She never showed up, I let it be but train them. :)

  One of the employees was uncooperative. My son was crying and wanted to exchange the toy because it wasn't the one he wanted, but she refused. I told her I'd buy the toy from her, but she refused, saying the toys were in the box and she didn't know which one he wanted. My son remained upset.
