    Very terrible place. Stuff is crazy. Never go there. I would like to share my experience with this McDonald's location because the quality of service needs serious improvement. The staff are often very rude. The drive-thru microphone works very poorly, so customers have to speak loudly just to be heard. Even then, the employees often cannot hear you and respond by speaking loudly or shouting in a rude manner instead of helping. Today I waited at the drive-thru order speaker for about 3–4 minutes, and nobody answered. I then drove to the pickup window and explained that no one had responded. Instead of helping me, the employee told me to drive around again and place my order through the speaker. I explained that I had already been there and no one answered, but they still refused to take my order. Order accuracy is also a problem. Sometimes I order coffee with sugar, but receive it without sugar. On another occasion, I ordered a Sprite but was given plain carbonated water instead. The restroom is also consistently dirty. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves this location. Better customer service, working equipment, cleaner facilities, and more attention to order accuracy would make a big difference.

    I had an interesting encounter with staff. I’d noticed a homeless person lying against the wall outside fast asleep in the way to the entrance. When I got my order, I said to the employee “do you know you have a homeless person sleeping against the wall outside?”. She replied “I did see that”. I said “so that doesn’t bother you? It put me off having to walk by him to get to the door”. She said “it does bother me”. I replied “but you don’t do anything about it?”, to which she said “I’ll talk to my manager”. I ate my food in the car and watched for at least ten minutes. Nothing happened. Guess they’re both aware and ok with it.

    I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double burger, a small fry, and a drink. When I got to the window, I noticed my small fries were only about half full, so I politely asked if I could get another one with a bit more in it. The employee rolled her eyes at me, closed the window without saying anything, and then came back with another small fry. She told me, “The manager said this is all they can put in it.” To make things worse, the replacement fries actually had less in them than the original one. It wasn’t about getting extra fries—it was about receiving what I paid for and being treated with basic courtesy. The attitude I received was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope management addresses both customer service and consistency in portion sizes so other customers don’t have the same experience.

    I don’t understand how we are expected to eat standing… there was no washroom available, and no sitting allowed. When I asked why the worker simply said “it’s the policy” what kind of restaurant has “policy” like this… to top it off the worker seemed to not even care the slightest about my concern of needing the washroom, I ordered food and still wasn’t even allowed to use the washroom. The customers are the ones wanting to use the washroom and just becasue the manager wanted to close the washroom no one can use it, there is so much wrong here. The floor was disguising, the store smelled off, seems to me that there is a hygiene problem here.

    Good thing there's the touch screens to order with or else they would not know anybody's there. Both bathrooms had water and toilet paper paper towel all over the floor gross yuk, needless to say there is no teepee on the roll I had to hover and wiggle it. The tabletops to eat on had not been wiped neither. The boss appeared to be present and training focusing only on the drive through via food. Customer service never mind what is on the screen I am standing in front of you and yes I have cash. TIP FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE DON'T SLIP ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR AND CRACK YOUR HEAD ON THE TOILET SEAT. Cross your fingers 🤞 double up on insurance and hopefully You do not get shut down for health and safety hazards
