  I had an excellent experience at KFC! The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to the manager(Aman mani Tripathi)for leading the team so well. They were professional, welcoming, and made sure every customer had a great experience. It’s clear that the team works hard under great leadership. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Pire expérience de ma vie, je n'ai jamais vu ca. Personnel non sympathique, non cuisinier, non-chalant. Nourriture IMMONDE, je pensais pas cela possible. La sauce est tartinée n'importe comment est mis en mauvaise quantité, le poulet est mal cuit, oublie de légumes, les frites sont mal cuites, le soda c'est que de l'eau (le coca était blanc). 30 MINUTES D'ATTENTE POUR CELA SCHANT QU'ON ÉTAIT 2. Fort heureusement j'ai pu me lamenter avec un livreur qui était de passage. FUYEZ.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC when ordering a Spicy Big Crunch Meal day before. The meal included a Big Crunch sandwich, fries, drink, popcorn chicken, a side of my choice (corn), and a dip of my choice (Super Charger). However, when I picked up my order and checked it, I noticed that I had been given gravy instead of corn. When I asked about it, I was told that they were out of corn. I understand that items can occasionally be out of stock, but I asked if I could receive another replacement instead, as I do not eat gravy or coleslaw. The employee then told me they were also out of popcorn chicken. This was confusing because popcorn chicken was supposed to be included in my meal. When I opened the box, I found only the sandwich and fries—there was no popcorn chicken included at all. After I pointed this out, the employee checked again and suddenly managed to find popcorn chicken and gave it to me. So apparently popcorn chicken was available, but it wasn't provided with my order in the first place despite me paying for it. Unfortunately, the issues didn't stop there. The fries were extremely cold, hard, and stale. They were so bad that I couldn't eat them and ended up throwing them away. On top of that, I ordered a Super Charger dip and received a mustard dip instead. Out of the five main items that I specifically chose and paid for, three were either incorrect, missing, or not provided as ordered. What is even more frustrating is that if certain items are unavailable, why are they still being offered through the mobile app? Customers are paying for specific items and choices that they may not receive upon arrival. I have the receipt for my order and would appreciate a follow-up from management regarding this experience. This level of service and order accuracy is simply not acceptable.

  I ordered an XL popcorn chicken her eon June 17th. They did not have popcorn chicken and could not provide it. It has been 10 days and I have not recieved a refund yet. Manager in the back argued with me that he cannot refund from the store and that I need to call corporate. I called Jund 19th and spoke to someone. I have not been refunded yet. This is theft. June 29th update : Still no refund. And corporate just told me the owner of the store has not answered my refund request because hes not responding to emails. If you want a refund you must wait an absurd amount of time for it. Luckily I was able to get in touch with the regional manager and now its serious.

  We went to get a combo of food from this location and the server was very rude and was cussing at a different customer as well. The food was very oily.Not the greatest KFC experience in Ottawa, unfortunately. Very sad to see.
