  Placed an order online on August 10 for my sister's birthday. Picked it up and brought it home to discover I was missing all 3 of my dipping sauces. Left message on the app and filled out the survey they sent me expressing my dissatisfaction and asking to be contacted. A week has gone by and have still not been contacted.

  I went to this KFC yesterday to order two 2-pieces chicken meals, and I ended up waiting about an hour for my food. The main issue was that they were extremely understaffed, which unfortunately seems to be a recurring problem at this location. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but waiting an entire hour for a relatively simple order is unacceptable. If the location consistently doesn’t have enough staff, management really needs to address the issue because customers shouldn’t have to spend an hour waiting for their food.

  I recently moved to the area and decided to try this location for dinner. I came here once and the chicken was cold old and soggy with oil and you could tell it’s been sitting a long time. I got some coupons in the mail and decided to give them another chance. On coming in I specifically asked for FRESH chicken and was told it would be 8 mins. I told the girl I don’t mind waiting. A few moments later a young man brought my food to the counter fully bagged up. I asked how long the children had been out for and he informed me 30 mins to an hour. I reiterated that I wanted fresh chicken as last time my experience was bad. I was told again I’d have to wait about 5 mins. Cool, the same young man went to the back and picked out fresh meat for another customers order and brought it to him. Then the rude woman from the front cash packed up my order from chicken in the warmer and dropped new fries. All while I was watching through the window. She brought my order around and with a mouth full of lies kept telling me it was new and that the guy just brought it out. Even though at no point did I see the chicken from my order come to the front from the chicken that just cane out of the fryer . I told her I know it came from the warmer and she then tried to convince me that the sound I heard was her putting the fresh chicken in even though I heard and saw her tell her coworker that all she needed for my order was fresh fries. Her manager then came to again try and argue with me as if I didn’t see what had happened. Maybe new pieces from the warmer but still not fresh meat. If I’m paying 50$ for a meal Why can’t I have fresh food to feed my family. Terrible experience terrible manager tonight, the two young men were the only decent employees. My coupon was for a 12 piece, large fry and large gravy when I finally got fresh chicken it was only got 10 pieces, a large fry and two small gravy (which define don’t equal up to a large) Save yourself the waste of money, the shorting of your order and the sick stomach you’ll get from old food skip this location.

  NOT ENOUGH STAFF FOR DINNER TIME!!! Waited almost 45 minutes for a bucket of chicken and gravy. Gravy was lukewarm as it was packaged long before chicken was ready. Only one girl at counter to process all orders during dinner time. She kept disappearing to go into the back to help process orders. Which left a nice long line of people waiting for their orders or to order. Counter was littered with orders waiting for processing., either by in-store customers, pre-ordered orders, and delivery company orders. One person making orders and one person making chicken. All I can say is I won't go back around dinner time.

  I would give it a 0 honestly evertime we go there is something .. very uninviting always has the chairs up they don't want anyone to sit and eat there so less cleaning. The popcorn chicken was old and cold and they messed up my order I always have to double check 🙄 .. this time was the last straw we got there and again chairs on tables and she came up to me to where I was ordering to tell me they only have 3 pieces of chicken left if you wait 20-30 mins minimum we'll make new ones I have nothing you want. And there was another costumer she told him the same thing so why are they open if they don't want to serve anyone ?
