  I came to KFC to get a quick meal. There are two employees working here on October 9. One of them is eating with headphones in his ears, and the other is a girl who is texting on her phone. I called out to her, but she didn’t respond to me. I placed my order half an hour ago. Is it really reasonable for a fast-food order at KFC to take 30 minutes to be ready? I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to customers.

  Terrible location... cant get a simple meal right. Youd think a 4 piece boneless meal w/ extra fries would be simple enough... nope...forgot my fries... the. Said ohh you didnt order it... actually i ordered a meal and substituted my fries with onion rings and added a side of individual fries... i was charger 23$ and only received a 4pc chicken strip with yhe oni9n rings and fries.... pretty sure those prices dont add up... Scammers made me pay another 9$ just to get my fries and my gravy. I work right next door and was super convenient to dine here but i assure you that i will not be returning after this experience... Funniest part is there was another customer freaking out cause they forgot her fries too and they made her a whole new meal cause she drove back.. 1 star. Dont go here... KFC is great but this location is managed by incompetent people who dont understand 90% of their business is customer service and they completely messed that up and then continued to mess up the other 10% which os getting the food order right...

  I had a 4 piece chicken standard, but the the drumstick wasnt cooked well. When you reach the bone you can smell the raw chicken. I hope they cook the chicken well.

  Ordered from the KFC website about a week and a half ago. They use Uber for delivery. We ordered almost $60 worth of food. The delivery driver showed up with only a macaroni salad, claiming he was not at fault. Called this location and they were looking at my food wondering where the delivery driver went. That driver would not go back and get our food, and the solution offered by the location was for us to come pick up the food. After explaining that we cannot and that’s why we ordered, they said the manager would give us a refund later that night and was going to call. Well here I am with no response from the manager and $0 in refund as of today’s date. Avoid delivery from their website

  Where do I even begin, this is by far the worst KFC location I have ever been to theyre always out of white meat, there is trash littered everywhere and extremely poor customer service and is clearly mismanaged when I saw what appeared to be a form of general manager verbally abuse employees, when I was in about two and a half weeks ago I overheard something between the employees talking about using expired meat not only that but I also saw employees without gloves or headgear in they're casual clothing while arguing that they didint need to wash they're hands, this location clearly has a complete disregard for health and safety and is absolutely disgusting I will never be returning to this location purely for my own health and safety.
