  Worst experience I've ever had. I waited half an hour for my Uber eats pick up order. The staff barely understood English. They were speaking in another language the whole time to each other. I ordered chicken tenders because I only eat white meat and ordered plum sauce with it (I'm on the spectrum so it like 1 of only 2 sauces I like) they have me a spicy sauce that I luckily managed to see in time before leaving. I get home and they gave me drumsticks and other pieces of chicken and ubers refusing to do anything about it because to cover their tracks the staff didn't provide me my receipt in the bag. This is ridiculous

  It's extremely understaffed (only 2 people) so prepare yourself for a long wait. The staff is friendly and they work as fast as but there's only so much they can do. I was disappointed they didn't have extra crispy chicken.

  Give it 0 Went to go get my dinner I ordered through the app. Get there they have no salads, no potatoe salad, no macaroni salad, no coslaw, no corn! I had 4 sides in my order! Still paid full price! Ty w offered to replace my side salads with fries which I already had 2 of!

  Out of coleslaw and macaroni salad. Out of hot sauce at noon?. Got the 10 for 10 wings and they were very good without sauce. I would get them again.

  Very disappointing experience at this KFC location. I waited over 20 minutes for an Uber Eats pickup and, when I politely asked about the delay, the employee responded with hostility and used inappropriate language. He claimed I had to wait as long as he wanted because he was working alone. What was even more concerning was that he falsely accused me of taking orders that were not mine. As a delivery driver, I found this accusation insulting and completely unprofessional. When I objected, I was told to leave and was met with further rude and disrespectful comments. What I find hard to understand is how a restaurant with the reputation and resources of KFC can be operating with only one employee on duty. If staffing levels are truly that low, it is no surprise that customers and delivery drivers face excessive delays. I also observed the owner moving repeatedly between the cash register/order-taking area and the food preparation and packing area without any visible handwashing or glove changes. From what I observed, this raises concerns about food-handling and hygiene practices, which should be taken seriously. Regardless of staffing issues, there is no excuse for rude behavior, false accusations, or disrespectful treatment. I hope management reviews this situation seriously and takes steps to improve both staffing levels and customer service at this location.
