Very very very slow service! They only have 1 person that is taking orders and cooking the food. Management is very bad and cheap for not having enough employees at rush hour.

Avoid this KFC location at all cost even if it means driving 30 min more. They all have no idea what they are doing, the colonel recipe is long gone there. The chicken doesn’t even taste like KFC. You are expected to wait at least half an hour. Service and food horrible. All other locations are better. Please refrain, I’ve taken many for the team.

The two workers in the back got my order via kiosk- stood there as I waited and didn’t move and proceeded to watch Tiktok/YouTube rather than make my order. Crazy to witness, 0 clue how y’all are employed :0

I just left your restaurant. I ordered and paid for 8 pieces of chicken for more than $35, but when I checked my order, I realized that you only gave me 5 pieces. This is unacceptable. I paid for 8 pieces and I expect to receive exactly what I ordered. Three pieces are missing. I am asking you to correct this mistake as soon as possible, either by giving me the missing pieces or refunding me the difference. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this situation.

Sunday 20sep at 4:45pm around. Rude behaviour from the staff. At the fist not ready to help me placing order and when I place order 6 original chicken with 2 sides and change option was not working from mashed potatoes to popcorn and fries. So I ask for assistance and he refused and ask me to place order and will see. At the end, he gave two mashed potatoes and when I say that I was not requesting as I want to change and he refused. Also not gave two deeps along with the order. Never recommend this place to anyone.
