  One of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had. The food tasted old and lacked freshness, the service was unfriendly, and the staff appeared careless. I waited far too long for my order, only to receive food that was cold and disappointing. This location seriously needs better management and customer service. I would not recommend this KFC to anyone. KFC

  I stopped by KFC in Ottawa and had a good experience overall. The chicken was hot, crispy, and flavorful, and the staff were friendly and efficient despite the busy rush. It’s a reliable spot when you’re craving a quick and satisfying meal.

  Black Lady - I assumr the manager? She has a big figure - is one of the worst at customer service. She has no patience for anybody, and will actively try to push back on customers(I understand customers misunderstand or have the wrong idea on pricing and deals, etc., but she is so combative it makes me uncomfortable). The store is definitely not idiot proof, to say the very least. The only reason I come here at all is because my mother is desperate for KFC. Luckily, standard KFC food, with all its heavy grease(not a criticism). The chicken is mostly juicy and crisp, and the portions are pretty fair.

  Store is always busy with a line up, but staff here seem to have a good system in place. Great service and food. Prices not bad either

  We got there around 5:40 waited at the counter for 10 minutes to be served, they served someone else, lost someone's order giving it to the wrong person and closed the kitchen. They never even spoke to us when we were standing at the counter for 10 minutes.
