  It's KFC, you know what you're getting even tho the quality has really come down since COVID but the service was quick and efficient and we got what we paid for and that's all you could ask for these days.

  We decided to give the Bells Corners KFC location another chance for dinner tonight, but I really wish I hadn't. First off, we had to wait to be served while a group of employees stood around talking. The experience only got worse when we got home and unpacked our food. The chicken had obviously been sitting around for a while, it was tough, chewy and greasy. Worse, most of the pieces were actually smaller than the wings. The gravy was terrible and obviously watered down, the box of popcorn chicken wasn't even full, and the portion of fries was an absolute joke. For the price you pay, you expect so much better. I am incredibly disappointed in this store and will not be giving them any more chances. I would give them zero stars if I could. Mary Brown’s is a thousand times better, I will give them my business from now on. Their food is always fresh and you actually get your money's worth.
