  Came to get a bucket and 5 sides and they only have fries and gravy as sides. They loaded the bucket with almost entirely wings and drumsticks. Thoroughly disappointed and would recommend going to any other location!!!

  Went today food was disgusting fries soggy dig crunch had no flavor and gravy was water downed never again. This location should not be open.

  Terrible customer service and terrible food. They were out of macaroni today and refused to refund it on my order, like straight up - no we can’t refund you? If you don’t have it and I paid for it…….. anyways. They were so slow and disorganized that eventually I gave up and just took the $7 loss. The food was terrible and the store was disorganized. Everyone that bought food while I was waiting for mine ended up equally as frustrated with the poor customer service. Gross!

  Manager is completely rude and degrading. Made us come in from drive thru and gave us dirty looks and attitude. No sides , no discount, they will offer more fries or onion rings instead. I cannot believe they expect people to pay full price for a feast and not include sides that are included in the feast.Terrible management apparently. Went to Mary Brown instead , quick service , delicious food, will never return to this location again. Avoid ! I’d give 0 stars if it was possible.

  I had a great experience at KFC. The food was fresh, delicious, and served hot. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would gladly come back again.
