  Really touched with customer service we were there at the last minute. We got served by Mr Prem, with a great hospitality. I Really recommended this place

  This is consistently one of the worst places to get food from. I've been here a total of maybe 6 times over a span of 2 years, and everytime the service is garbage, the food is greasy and tastes old, the chicken is dry. You go on deal days and they're magically out of said deals. One star is too much for this place

  Do not recommend at all. They are all in the back playing on their phones with the gloves on they handle food with. They walk around the store instead of preparing the order. Ignore the front counter. Kinda ridiculous, won't be back here. 20 minute wait on a 3 piece order.. mind blowing.

  I had a very positive experience at this KFC, and I especially want to recognize Princess for her customer service. It was extremely busy, and despite the pressure and multiple customers needing assistance at the same time, she remained patient, polite, and professional. Mistakes and misunderstandings can happen in any busy restaurant, but what impressed me was the way Princess handled them. She didn’t become defensive or rude when a customer was unhappy. She was genuinely pleasant throughout the interaction. Customer service can be difficult, especially during a rush, and I think employees who remain respectful and composed under pressure deserve recognition. Princess clearly puts effort into doing her job well and treating customers with respect. Great service and a great attitude.

  Terrible service, food is decent its KFC. I had ordered 1 large popcorn chicken and 1 large fry. Lady at the speaker made me repeat my order, sure np. I get to the window to pay and the workers are all screaming at each other and she looks at me and goes “What did you order again?” I told her my order again…she told me to park in the front since it will take a while. Odd considering it’s a small order but sure…I waited 20min in the parking lot before going in to ask where my food is. The same lady then said “Sorry what did you order?” Are you kidding me???? I had to wait another 15 min to get my food as they had just started to make it. Cherry on top, I got a medium popcorn chicken instead of the large I asked for 4 times. This isn’t the first time I have shit experience here. No customer service skills at all either. Most irritating place to order at. Never again
