  Teach them some customer service, people don’t lie to get a free small coleslaw, these people won’t survive 1 day in work in KFC’s outside of Canada

  KFC stands out as one of the best fast-food choices for fried chicken lovers. With its signature taste, reliable quality, and satisfying menu, it consistently delivers a memorable dining experience. I love here so much spicily the manager she so talented. I am a regular costume of here.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and very delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Basina Jaan for being so kind, friendly, and helpful. She made our visit even more enjoyable with her great attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you, Basina Jaan, for your kindness and hospitality. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended!

  Service is very bare minimum - some of them are nice enough but most of the times I get a very bare minimum experience. The cashier I see sometimes doesn't even talk to me(not in an attempt to ignore me or refuse my order)(maybe she is simply more quiet than the mall/noise around store); she has a very nonchalant attitude. Still, they are willing to refill my water bottle, so I can't berate the service too much. Food is standard KFC - crispy heavy chicken that is juicy, and fries are well-seasoned. I still appreciate the drinks being self-serve; allows for refills and ice(I put ice in my water bottle when I order here). DO NOT get bubly drinks on mobile orders -- that is a ($1.50+) charge you likely will not get back. I like to think its a stocking issue, but otherwise, just stick to the soft drinks. "Atmosphere" varies - I almost always arrive when its busy, so the workers don't have time to clean up the self serve station. It is pretty well-stocked though, and employees are relatively attentive in spite of the traffic(I manage to catch their attention for bids of water).
