Today, I was pleasantly surprised and feel confident leaving a review (and not only because of the free apple pie 😅). From the moment I walked in, I notice the cleanliness had improved big time, I was greeted and served by two kind and happy young women that spoke clearly and made eye contact. My burger was well cooked, made to my liking and tasted delicious. I went Friday around 12:15 PM and the line moved smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend this new Harvey's crew 👌🏼

When I arrived there was only one couple at the till who had ordered hotdogs and moved to the left to the pick up area. The 2 young girls both walked pass me more than once chatting away. Talking to a guy in the back.I was at the till and very easy to see, I was standing there. They continued to talk, look and ignore me.There was so much joking and loud laughing coming out ot the Swiss Chalet kitchen employees. Finally, a male staff member came over to take my order. I continued to wait for my order. There was a couple who arrived and sat on a bench to read the menu board. By this time my, burger and rings was sitting under the heat lamp already for some time now. Neither girl bothered to get my order when they saw it under the heat lamps. Instead one decided to go stand in the door entrance to the kitchen and start talking to someone. The other girl took the order from the people reading the menu and got their drink. I was still standing there without my drink yet...and my order was still sitting onder the red heatlamps. Finally a girl brings my food....all she says is "burger" nothing else no hi, hello, some type of greeting. I tell her my toppings. I say thank you and got no response and left. These two female staff members tonight provided absolutely "ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE ". I take out my order and am not the least bit surprised no straw or napkins. Also, would have preferred my onion rings cooked. They were undercooked and soggy. I frequent 2 other locations, one near Monfort Hospital on Montreal Rd and the location Bank & Huntclub area. Amazing food and staff is professional. In conclusion, I will not got to this location, nor recommended it. The staff is just there to punch a clock to get a paycheck. They could care less about customer service and more about socializing with fellow staff. Poor treatment towards customers.
