What made the experience even worse was the cashier’s unprofessional attitude. Instead of communicating politely or explaining the reason for the delay, her attitude made me feel unwelcome and frustrated. I understand that restaurants can get busy and delays can happen, but customers should still be treated with respect and professionalism, especially when they have already been waiting for a long time. Unfortunately, the combination of the long wait and poor customer service left me with a very negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both the speed of service and the professionalism of the staff.
