- FHFrancis HodgsonJul 14, 20261.0Ketchup dispenser had a large colony of fruit flies living inside it which all swarm you when you try and use it. Waited ten minutes for them to tell me it would take 7 min for my chicken sandwich to cook. I was the only person in line and there were no other customers. Still took them almost 30 min to get my “fast” food. Was late to the show I went to see at hard rock. Haven’t been to Harvey’s in years. Now I will never return ever again. Quite possibly the worst service I’ve had in years. Avoid at all costs. No one cares at this location at all about their job.

Must of waited 25 minutes to put my order in there were 2 ppl in front of me, the staff was goofing off and when the person taking my order, older indian women with a mask on, could not understand a word she was saying, extremely rude. Got the food, Chicken wrp, drink, rings. The station to get condiments were swarming with flies, so took ketchup pkg, the food was mediocre, had hard bits of chicken not eatable .. Will never go back to this location, this brands should be shut down at this location.
