Harvey's usually has the best veggie burgers but this location managed even to mess that up royally: the patty was uncooked and the lettuce was half frozen!! Worst of all I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the French fries. No wonder their average rating is 2.5 right now. Absolutely USELESS!!

Thankfully, I was the only customer because the process from ordering to receiving our food was surprisingly long for a fast-food restaurant. We ordered two kids’ meals and three adult meals. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the number of small flies throughout the dining area. It was honestly disgusting. They were flying around us while we ate, around the fountain drink station, and even coming out of the ketchup dispenser. It made it very difficult to enjoy our meal and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and food-safety standards of the location. I understand that issues can happen, but the number of flies inside the restaurant was unacceptable and something management should address immediately.
