  My husband and I brought our three girls in last night, and honestly, I was a total zombie. After spending the entire weekend being overworked with endless yard work, house cleaning, and building projects, my brain was completely fried. I stood at the counter completely confused about what we even wanted to order. Enter Kat (hope I spelt that correct). Instead of being impatient with my overtired blank stare, she was incredibly kind, energetic, and turned the whole experience into an absolute blast! She had us all laughing and handled our order perfectly. It’s rare to get such amazing, fun service when a place is busy, but Kat totally made our night. We will definitely be back!

  Visited on Thursday April 30th around 7:25pm. Don't bother ordering from the kitchen. 20 minutes for a poutine and ten minutes for a burger. Dairy Queen stick to what you know best ICE CREAM.

  I had a really great experience at this DQ yesterday around 5:30 pm (Wednesday, April 22, 2026). I had ordered food for my kids, and as I was carrying everything, I accidentally dropped it all on the floor. I felt terrible and kept apologizing, but the staff handled the situation incredibly well. Not only were they kind, but they were also smiling the whole time and never once seemed annoyed. They immediately prepared a completely new order for me. I even told them that some of the food hadn’t touched the ground, but they insisted on replacing everything fresh and told me not to worry about it. That level of professionalism and kindness really meant a lot. Huge thanks to the manager and the crew members working at that time.
