Okay. Let’s start by when I went in it was disgustingly busy.. like i’ve never seen before. They got every line out the door served and taken care of so quickly. An extremely rude uber driver came in and was giving the staff a hard time. Entirely unnecessary and the staff dealt with it graciously! Thank you guys for some of the best DQ I’ve had!

Stopped in around 2 PM on Sunday and ordered a caramel moo-latte/moo-late. Unfortunately this was probably the saddest one I’ve ever received. 😅
There was basically no visible caramel, no whipped cream despite the dome lid, and overall it just looked unfinished and hastily made. It tasted more like a plain melted shake than the drink advertised.
I understand Sundays can be busy and short-staffed, so I’m not trying to be harsh — but for the price, I was expecting at least the basic toppings and presentation that normally come with it.
Hoping this was just an off day, because I’ve had much better from DQ before.

Seriously this place has a problem. Why is it so complicated to get a simple small blizzard?
I placed an order online on the website, but made the unforgivable mistake of showing up early, when the restaurant was empty, and asked if it would be possible to get the order a bit early.
The lady who served me at the counter was so unnecessarily rude. The first time she asked what I wanted, and I explained the situation to her, she had in fact been ignoring me the whole time I had been speaking. So I tried again. She responded Ina. Very abrasive tone, stating that she did not yet receive any order so how can she cancel it? She seemed upset and annoyed which i did not understand because I used the company website (dq) to order, and not a third party like uber or skipthedishes, and the pre-authorized debit transaction had went through on my card.
I left the store after the employees said there was nothing they could do. Walking home, i tried to Google to figure out how I could cancel my online order , and it said I could call the store. So I tried to call them and cancel the order, since it was still before the order's due time.
The employee on the phone had me explain the situation, and when I gave them the order number, they said they dont have any such order, and that i basically had to wait until the order due time had passed.
I called back a few minutes after my order was due, and tried just now to cancel it. Multiple employees on the phone (as if this was ssome kind of speakerphone party) simultaneously told me that there's nothing they can do to cancel an online order, but 'they can try.' I confirmed, yes, that i wanted them to try---
And they hung up on me.
Fine, keep my $7.
You guys suck.
I'm never coming back here and don't know why I was treated like that. Dirt.

I ordered 2 large Reese’s blizzards on UberEats and went to pick them up myself. I come home and open it just to find this (picture below). There are literal CRUMBS, no actual chunks. I call the store and nicely explain to them the situation, only for the employee to tell me that he made them himself and he put 4 scoops of Reese’s. I tell him no there’s definitely not 4 scoops in there, barely even ONE. He goes on to ask me, “How do we know that you didn’t eat all the pieces” I tell him the ice cream is literally untouched, i only mixed it around at first to try and see if there were any chocholate chunks maybe at the bottom. He rudely interrupts me while I’m speaking to tell me that he’s been working there for years and he knows he made the order right, so then I get agitated and respond that the order is clearly not right and that I can bring it back to the store so he can see for himself, but then he hands up on me in the middle of me talking. Very frustrating experience and bad customer service.
