  The most dirty staff I’ve ever seen work at a restaurant. 3 guys with beards and no hairnets, and only 1 of the 5 staff I saw were wearing gloves, the rest making blizzards wiping and itching their noses simultaneously. The entire work area was cluttered and dirty with crumbs and food everywhere behind the counter. It may taste the same as another Dairy Queen. I stepped in, waited 10 minutes in line, and decided to not get anything after what I had witnessed.

  When my husband and I go for a walk, DQ was our go-to to enjoy a good blizzard, and sometimes even a meal. It's been the third time in a row we get back home sick. My husband got a horrible stomach bug today. I thought it was a coincidence, but it's not. Today we got food poisoning from our stacked burgers. Now that we think about it, the bacon was pink, barely cooked. Burgers were very greasy too. The fries were fine though. We got a blizzard afterwards and that was it for us. I will say the cashier was super kind, smiling, and mindful. She's a hard worker. She makes sure everything is well made and ready, and that everyone gets their orders right. It's either the person working in the back or it's just how the food is made. It wasn't like this before. We won't be risking it. Never coming back unless it changes.

  Super friendly staff and the food was good, but the atmosphere is awful. Everything is slightly falling apart. The "bar top" counter is falling down, 1 booth is right up against a big blue tarp covering something unknown. 1 of the tables is unusable as it's broken and food slides off of it. Chairs are all over the place. There are mice droppings between the booth and the wall. I rarely give bad reviews as I'm not a picky person, but I've never been in a restaurant like this. I've gone a few times in the past and thought maybe it had been a "busy day", but no, that's just the standard. It's concerning because although I'd like to believe that the kitchen and food handling area is sanitary, I don't believe an owner can allow their restaurant to look like this and it not be an indicator of poor sanitary practices.

  You want to mobile order here? Don’t even think about. They clear the screen and print all the tickets so it looks like you got your order….. 30 minutes later it’s ready. The walk in all eventually got served b it it took for minutes before someone took their order. I understand busy, limited staff, machines broken but if that’s the case turn off mobile orders. Or when someone comes in for their mobile order and you say wait with the uber/skip drivers. To be ignored and see 3-5 bags sitting there waiting for a driver…. To top it off watch every person who ordered 30 minutes after you get their order. At least train your staff to pull the mobile order ticket with the eat in orders.

  Brought my family here for my sons 6th birthday and was impressed by the staff and had no complaints about any of the services that I received and wanted to mention that Nitin was informative professional attentive and courteous. He made our time there enjoyable while serving quality meals and making sure that our needs were met. I've been to many different locations and honestly think this is one of the best in the city and would definitely recommend this DQ for your next DQ cravings and make sure Nitin and his staff know that you are there because of the recommendations and they'll take great care of you also.
