  The restaurant starts giving out very less portion as soon as they start running out of food. I specifically asked them why they gave me like half a scoop of rice and they said we are making more rice and until that is cooked we need to save enough for the next person. What kind of a logic is this. If a customer pays the full money they should be given the full portion. You are running a business not charity to be able to provide this logic. This has happened multiple times now with me especially when I went around 7 or 8 pm. Highly frustrating. Shut down the shop if you don't have enough food but don't scam people by giving less food for the same money.

  I’ve had a fantastic experience at Chipotle thanks to Saboor and his team. On my fourth or so visit, Saboor greeted me warmly, was courteous as always, and even remembered my usual order. He takes time to remember personal details, remembering where I work and following up on previous conversations, which makes the whole experience feel personal and genuine. He sets a great example for his team, creates a positive environment, and makes me look forward to coming back.

  Edited to add: they're responding to these bad reviews telling people to share on the corporate website for someone to get in touch...but the website does not even give the option of sharing feedback for Canadian stores. Original: The staff was mostly nice, that's the only positive thing I can say. Had a line out the door and plenty of staff but they were making no effort to keep the front line stocked with food. Waited 25 minutes for meat to be ready, only to see that they had the meat I was ordering on the back line for mobile orders all along (I agreed to wait when they said they were out, so that's on me, but the back line is where they eventually pulled things from to finish my order, making the whole wait pointless). As soon as I said something about that I was rewarded with portions barely a third of what they should be on the final parts of my order. At least the wait was plenty of time to watch the manager drag a wet rag over and between containers on the line, dripping sanitizer into the food and pushing bits of different things into each container. Asked if a discount would be possible for the poor experience, was told no but I could have a free bag of chips.

  Very disappointing experience. the wrap was extremely dry and bland, with almost no sauce. We asked for extra sauce because the wrap was so dry, and we were charged an additional $3 for the extra sauce even though the wrap itself was around $15. On top of that, the staff had a very poor attitude and were not welcoming or helpful at all. The overall experience felt unpleasant from the moment we received our order. For the price we paid, I expected much better food and customer service. The burrito and wrap were nowhere near as good as expected. Honestly, the wrap was so dry that it felt like there was almost nothing enjoyable about it. The female staff member , who had a tattoo on her left hand, did not speak to us politely and had a noticeable attitude while dealing with us. Overall, very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. Mucho burritos and bar Burritos much better than Chipotle.

  Another useless franchise that ‘runs out’ of taco shells. What is the point of offering a product if you are constantly out of said product? If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. And Chipotle, please don’t answer with an insincere canned response tell me to contact Chipotle in the USA when this is CANADA🇨🇦. You’re just showing how little you care about customers.
