  Went here today, let me say the chicken is soo spicy now: it used to be so flavourful and now I just can’t stand it. It’s way too spicy! Like hot spicy. Extra scoop of chicken is 5$ , like seriously… ordered guacamole and the guy wouldn’t even fill the container… unfortunately when I mentioned it, he didn’t speak English. I really used to like chipotle: it was my favourite place to go for dinner. Unfortunately after today I’m really disappointed. Picture is how much guac we got.. the container was not even full,

  Terrible service. I ordered food and supposed to pick up in store but guy at the counter ignored me and refused to pass me the package. It would take him 10 sec but he insisted that his colleague to give me the food. Ridiculous experience. Would never buy again.

  The negative reviews should have been a red flag. Easily, the worst Chipotle! Steak in the steak burrito was dry and tough, like it was made yesterday. The shredded beef was mostly fat and gristle. Lack of toppings available and the guy assembling the order was less the positive. Both burritos were extremely salty! Could have been the salas or the rice, but both of us ate half and threw out the other half. Overall, corporate needs to evaluate the quality of the food, service , and the Manager. Until that happens, Don't go here! Keep driving to Mucho or Bar Burrito.

  Once me and my family walked in to the restaurant, we noticed that the employees weren’t even paying attention to what we were saying, they also look very annoyed even though the restaurant was almost empty, and we also saw that there was NO guacamole left, we asked if there was any in the back and the worker just said “no” and didn’t even look, as we were asking about the guacamole the employee even said “do you not have eyes?” I was honestly just offended, once we got to the table it was extremely obvious that no one tried to clean up, there was chips, salsa and rice everywhere, we moved tables but it was still dirty. After we were done and headed to the door they were talking about some party saying how they would take a bunch of chips and how they wouldn’t even pay, once my friend said maybe you guys should pay they said, “ like you’re our boss”.
