I had such a great experience at Wingstop! The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. It was my first time visiting, so I had quite a few questions, and she was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful the entire time. I probably asked a million questions, but she never once made me feel like I was being annoying or a bother. She was so kind and welcoming, and her customer service honestly made my experience that much better. Employees like her deserve to be recognized because a little kindness goes a long way. Thank you for making my first visit such a great one! ❤️ It’s October Saturday 10 Th at 5:58 the girl wasn’t wearing a name tag

Absolutely stellar! The new Hot Honey flavour is a great middle ground for those wanting to feel more heat! Amazing service as always from the staff; lively, friendly and chill that make WingStop at the OC feel like a EDM dance floor. Keep up the great service and flavours!

Today was my first day trying out the food here, I ordered boneless honey garlic with parmesean fries. This will be my new favorite (wing stop) now 😄! Sherleen at the front was very nice, she makes everyone feel welcome. The atmosphere is amazing too really good music playing, plenty of seats and space good vibes overall.

Order online, when to pick up the girl was leaning on the counter while taking an order from two women. While the women were discussing their sauce options. After already waiting a few minutes I asked if I could pick up my order, she said no I am taking someone order. These women would take another two break from ordering while discussing something. Everytime to two women were speaking she could have grab my order, but no she couldn’t be bothered. Or when realizing they might talk to each other for more than three or four minutes, without completing their order. Maybe reach and give me the food. My order was ready before i arrived and It took 10 minutes to get the order from the table behind the counter in to my hand. My mushy wings were cold and you guess it MUSHY. Service actually made the food taste worse. Should be zero stars, but the sauce is pretty good.

Ordered the 40 wing combo to bring to a poker night last weekend, first time trying. All bone in, some drums were pinkish on the inside, otherwise wings were horrible. Not much flavor, super tough, they almost felt old. Literally could not chew through some if the wings they were so tough. Im not one to complain, but google asked me for a review 🤷‍♀️. More than half the wings left and thrown in the garbage, we were so excited to try for the first time and it was a huge waste of money. Voodoo fries and corn were bomb though !
