  Amazing service, very pleasant experience. Food was amazing. The setting and atmosphere were great. Will be back and will recommend to friends and family.

  Really rude staff member literally doesn’t know how to talk to a customer for the last two times that I’ve visited here he has treated me like that I don’t know if he is racist or he is like that with everyone I didn’t get his name but he’s a white guy in his late 20s and has beard hope management addresses this issue and provides better customer service training and I am not visiting this place again.

  Was at Oshawa Centre for lunch today and saw there was a Wingstop location, so decided to grab lunch. Unfortunately for me, I had parked near the food court, so had to walk all the way around to get here. Was surprised to see that it had it's own stand-alone unit, with a decent amount of seating. When approaching the counter, was greeted with a smile from the female employee working. When ordering the Boneless Combo, because it came with 2 sauces, after choosing 1, I asked if she had any recommendations for other flavours. She asked what spice level and provided some options based on that. She also mentioned that it came with a dipping sauce as well, and confirmed that I wanted a bottled drink as opposed to fountain. Took my name and said it would take some time. Sat down in a section of their seating area, which was very clean and well maintained. When my order was ready, she called my name, and as I was started to get up to walk over to the counter, she actually brought over my takeout bag to me. The only suggestion I have is since it was for takeout, it would have been nice to have napkins + wet wipe, utensils, and condiments, put in the bag. If I didn't check, I wouldn't have known to go to the table where they are all left out to grab on your own. I ended up walking back to the food court to meet my group to eat with them. The Lemon Pepper was really good! Not sure if it was because of the sauce, but the Honey Garlic pieces were actually room temperature~cold. Cajun Fries were also super tasty! Overall cost is very reasonable for what you get. Would definitely get food from here if in the area.
