    Asked for extra chicken Paid for extra chicken Did not get extra chicken By the time I seen my food I was already back at my hotel room The chicken that I did get In my food was gross would not waste my money here

    Ordered the chicken pad Thai, the portion was ridiculously small, yet was so expensive. Other locations offers more portions and has a better price. Also, we had to ask for peanuts, staffs here never offered or asked us. Now I see why this was the only one that had no lineup in the food court. Only thing that was okay was the noodles and the overall tastes of the pad Thai.

    Staffs are very friendly. Foods and portions are decent. Overall is pretty good in the food court. Especially the Tom Yam soup!

    Food is okay flavour wise but definitely below standard compared to other Thai Express chains I have visited. Generally, Thai express restaurants appear to be very filthy and subpar in regards to their health standards with food handling. At this location, I saw the chef talking to his colleague and saliva/ spit from his mouth fell into the food he was preparing. I was on the line waiting and immediately left feeling extremely sick and disgusted. Why would you not put on a face mask and hair net as a cook!! It is a mandatory food handling requirement in Ontario. Ontario inspectors need to visit this location ASAP!
