  Had a very bad experience here, went through the drive-thru and got to the window and paid, then waited 5 minutes and was told they ran out of beef and it would be a half hour before any was ready. Having a wife at home who really wanted the beef I agreed to wait. Once my order was ready 40 minutes later they brought my food out and I drove off, something told me to check the order, pulled over and checked, they forgot half my order... so I had to return.

  Just ordered I’m a regular I order quite often and this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered and not received some of the items i purchased I just ordered the Chalupa meal and a Dorito taco on the side. This isn’t the first time where they haven’t included my Dorito taco or one of my items. I also got nacho fries instead of chips and cheese, which I ordered very disappointed won’t be ordering again.

  I ordered Taco Bell about a month ago thru the drive thru. Got home it was wrong. Supreme tacos but only had lettuce and meat. Called, they offered me a free meal next time I came . Here today and have been waiting 30 mins and counting , for my free meal to be ordered. While waiting it’s nothing but skip / door dash rolled picking up orders. A line up of over 10 people and no one sitting in to eat. This place is a mess ( ordering system) and can never get anything right. I guess this is why people avoid. It’s unbelievable to wait 30 plus minutes for two tacos! TWO!!!!!!

  Have had nothing but great service and good at this location! Especially today with Dawn and Siv :) they were so accommodating and helpful and double checked with me multiple times to make sure everything was correct. This is my favourite Taco Bell to go to already, but after today I’ll be sure to drop in even more :)

  Ordered a late nite snack for us from this location and was so surprised when we got our order. They sent us a bonus box of extras: burrito, crunch wrap, hard shell taco, chips and cheese sauce and a very large ice tea. Along with it came a note saying hope you have a great day! Enjoy your additional free meal! It was such a great experience! We love Taco Bell and rarely do we actually get delivery but we won’t hesitate again with such great customer experience!
