- NVN V4 days ago3.0The service was absolutely excellent, and the appetizer was delicious! Overall, we had a great experience. The only disappointment was with the chicken legs. When they arrived, about half of the skin was missing from the chicken. Honestly, the crispy, delicious skin is one of the main reasons I order chicken legs, so I was really disappointed to see that so much of it was gone. I’m not sure what happened to it, but it definitely took away from the experience. Aside from that, the service was fantastic and the appetizer was excellent. I would just hope that the chicken is served with the full skin intact next time!

And a highlight to the meal was the house hot sauce that Kelly provided. She even delivered extra napkins just when I was about to ask her for them. This was the best Swiss Chalet meal I have ever had. And the service? Well that was icing on the cake. Thank you.
