I ordered two different subs (screenshots attached), but received the same footlongs for both. On top of that, there was barely any sauce even though I clearly requested extra. This has become a regular issue with pickup orders. The main problem is the group of girls working there—they are consistently rude, careless, and show no attention to order details. Every time they are on shift, orders are wrong and customer requests are ignored. They don’t listen, don’t care, and clearly lack basic professionalism. In contrast, Tejas always prepares orders correctly and listens properly, which proves the issue is with staff behavior and not the system. This time, the situation became serious. I have an allergy to jalapeños and black olives, yet both were included in my sandwich. This level of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. This is not just bad service anymore—it is a food safety issue. You need to take immediate action and properly train your staff on accuracy, customer service, and handling allergies. If this continues, I will be forced to escalate this further. I expect a proper response and resolution.
