    I went to pick up my 6 inch sub and the meat was cold. Please don’t believe the reviews that’s 4 stars and above. The staff was really rude, very defensive and wouldn’t be upfront about fixing the mistake.

    Very disappointed with their service. I ordered from here. They were made poorly. Did not have the right toppings. I asked for them to be re-made. They did not even apologize, just told me to call headquarters. The manager was rude as well.

    Very disappointing experience! The sub wasn’t toasted as requested, crispy onions were missing, and the veggie portions were far below standard. On top of that, staff were rude and said we shouldn’t expect proper quality because the order was part of a BOGO deal. When we called, they said they were too busy and hung up. We (me with my friends who also ordered and got undercooked sandwiches) went to In-store, and they refused to help and told us to contact headquarters. Gave a phone number of manager and while calling he started blaming us and threatening to call 911. Definitely not the level of service you’d expect. Please help yourself by not stepping in to this garbage location of Subway!

    Had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The sub we ordered was not prepared correctly, it wasn’t toasted as requested, crispy onions were missing, and only one slice of cheese was added, hardly any veggies. What made things worse was the customer service. The staff were rude and dismissive, even saying that because the order was part of a BOGO promotion, we shouldn’t expect proper quality. That’s completely unacceptable. We tried calling the store to resolve the issue, but they said they were too busy and hung up. When we went in person, the manager refused to help and told us to contact headquarters instead. Overall, very poor service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend this location based on this experience. I would suggest to rather order from Mr. Sub or any other subway location. The manager is very rude and does not believe in customer service.

    Really disappointed with my experience at Subway. I ordered a steak and cheese footlong and the portion was noticeably lacking… barely any steak and almost no vegetables. You can clearly see that in the pictures. I reached out to the store about it, and the manager responded thanking me for the feedback but essentially dismissed the concern and denied that anything was off. That response was honestly more frustrating than the sandwich itself. I already drove far away from the store and wasn’t planning on coming back, however I requested a refund. I asked the manager and didn’t get a reply back,. Customers shouldn’t have to question whether they’re getting the proper portions. I get it’s a promotion but still was hungry after a footlong sub. Definitely not the level of quality or service I expected.
