- JJJakeAug 10, 20261.0I've ordered from this Papa John's a bunch of times, and never had any problems. The food was always good, and the prices were decent. But then their delivery driver made a comment about my Range Rover and how I apparently wasn't tipping him enough (even though I was tipping 25%!). So, yeah, I won't be ordering from them again.
- HHHeatherJul 30, 20261.0I ordered for delivery and 45 minutes later the store called me to confirm my delivery address. I have ordered from this store before. Almost 15 minutes after that I received a call from the delivery driver who had no clue where he was. I called the store back to complain that the driver had been searching for my address for 15 to 20 minutes, and that the pizza would be cold once he finally figured it out . The man offered to remake the order and deliver it himself, but I would have to wait another 30 minutes. I said yes, and I'm not going to pay. Sure enough they show up, made my medium pizza a large and added a small bottle of pop. Then proceeded to hand me the machine to pay. So I paid for my order that took an hour and a half. Not too happy. I will not order delivery again from this store. My order should have been free, considering it was the delivery drivers fault.
