  Screwed up my pizza ...of all things forgot to put the pepperoni on...got a free drink...woohoo! Or would have to wait to remake....got it home and the bacon chunks were rock hard... wondering if it was actually bacon...no refunds only remakes ..thats there policy...oh ya got over charged 4 bucks as their everyday 4 toppingspecial wasn"t automatic without code...oh well live and learn i guess

  Order from south end was good ,decided to order for the grandson after swimming . First he couldnt even understand what i was asking for kept saying you want a pizza waited 25 mins for bread sticks and was very disappointed they poured so much sauce over the top it's extremely salty. I asked for a refund and was told no they said you ordered it why would we refund you . There is about an inch of greese in the box . Definitely will never return . Between the salt and greese it was dumped in the garbage .

  We normally do not voice our discontent publicly, but this time warrants it. We have been ordering pizza & wings from this location for a few years. We always call in our order and have the store deliver. This location used to have really good food with fast friendly delivery (who we tip $7-12 on top of bill total)...now the food quality is way down, the order is not always correct, longer wait time for delivery and it requires reheating. This evening we called in our order of a large pizza and 8 wings. We were told it would be 35-40 minutes...over an hour later I called to check the "status" and was told all in a 2 minute conversation; 1) "i dont see ANY order for you or your address" 2) "We had computer issues and not all orders came through " 3) "Your order is made but will be another 35 mins to get delivered cause all our drivers are out" I told them I would be there in 5 minutes to pick it up myself and they tried to talk me out of coming and just wait for delivery. I got in my truck and within 1 minute they called me back to try talking me out of coming again but I told them I was already on my way. They had a driver call me within the next minute to say he had my order in his car (how is that even possible??!!) and was already at Ritson and Beatrice---i told him to take it back to the store and id be there in 2 minutes. I got to the store...no apology at all...they spoke in their language so I wouldn't understand what was being said (very rude). In the end I believe they gave us someone else's pizza and the wings weren't right. This is our last time ordering from Papa Johns. If you are able to order from another Papa Johns store then try that---but in my opinion people should avoid this one.
