  The coffee dispensers have been broken for over one week. Which means they brew just reg coffee in back for you! I dont like the regular coffee I like hazelnut. Its ridiculous that its not fixed! You can't make your own cup up. The workers are running around like crazy doing the coffees and then confusing orders as theyre so busy. Fix the coffee dispensers.

  I did not like it. The bread was so hard, you have to serve yourself. As a first time customers I had no idea what was going on. You order n pay in one place, then have to pick it up yourself when ready, then you bus your own table...what the heck...we were 4 people. I won't be back. Tim hortonss is even better than this place

  I wouldn't call myself a regular but my girlfriend and I did go to Panera bread occasionally when we wanted to treat. However, the last time that we went will definitely be making that visit much less often: Atmosphere was as it often was relaxing quite nice good to take it easy without being too fancy. Service was annoying and dismissive the cashier got part of the order wrong when I had requested a bowl instead of a cup at the very least one of the workers in the back switch it over anyways without extra charge which is appreciated but shouldn't have happened in the first place. They were also dismissive when I was concerned about a change in recipe to the dish that I get often. When I go to Panera bread I like to get one order every time It's a pic too and a bowl of mac and cheese and tomato soup with a baguette to dip into both dishes before I combine them together into a very nice combination. They did not have any mac and cheese available at the time I get it It was an hour away from closing but it was very annoying that I couldn't get it, My girlfriend also gets the mac and cheese every time so she too could not get that dish. The change in the tomato soup was very clearly a downgrade as well The initial one had a better flavor palette and though the new one was okay I was not happy that it had changed in the first place and since they didn't have mac and cheese I got the onion soup instead It's an okay dish pretty decent but not something I would get regularly. We were already having our opinions on Panera bread due to cost and the food and the change in one of the dishes that I get regularly as well as not having an entire dish that makes up two different orders if you get it with or without bacon was annoying let alone the fact that they did not have the normal drink options available either I usually get a bottled root beer if I want to drink and I did and I couldn't.

  We were actually disappointed in the sandwiches. They were not at all like the ones we constantly buy in the restaurant when we go dine in. Everyone was complaining on how they fell apart and were difficult to eat. The pieces of chicken were so small and were not holding in the sandwich. I intended to call in the next day to complain but decided to leave it.
