  The guy(owner) always has something up his rear. Been here many times as the next location is too far but finally done with this location. If you ask for ANYTHING he has an excuse for - A topping on the side? He says no containers sorry, Extra sauce please, he makes an annoying sound. You tell him you have a coupon he automatically says "it doesn't work" I saw a mouse in the kitchen fyi. More importantly he closes the store way before posted times online. If you want to close early then adjust your hours. WASTED TIME AND GAS to come here to find out they're closed early.

  Wife needed to use the bathroom. Went into the store and asked if there was a bathroom. The employee said yes, but it was only for paying customers. No problem, we decided to order lunch from there. She makes the subs, finished up and totals our order. We pay, then when my wife goes to use the bathroom, she's told that the bathroom is out of service... When asked if she was kidding, she said no and that she had just forgotten that it was out of order and that we should try next door... Seemed scammy to us... My sub was fine, however, my wife's sub was very dry even with extra mayo, stale bread, lettuce cores, banana pepper cores, just horrible... I've had great subs before from Mr. Sub, but this location was horrible.

  Best subs in the North Oshawa. Very clean, smiling faces… If you are a regular they even don’t ask what ingredients you need. In 2 minutes your sub is ready. Great place 🥰
