  I came for coffee, love the cafe layout, overall clean facilities but washroom need buzzer access (iykyk). Better to use selfserve kiosk then wait to order tbh.

  Our burgers and sides were excellent. However they seem a bit understaffed and there wasn't anyone at the cashier to open the washrooms. The garbage is overflowing, but perhaps they this because they were busy. For a weekend at 4pm there were quite a lot of customers. Overall, a good experience!

  My Sprite tasted like sparkling water this is the most water down Sprite i’ve ever had in my life the workers are amazing. The food is great, but the Sprite is just horrible. So if you want to get Sprite at this, McDonald’s, don’t get it cause you’re just asking for sparkling water.

  Very clean. They have signs up that say no loitering and that sitting at the tables is only allowed for 30 minutes. I've never seen that before, but maybe it's common in larger cities like Oshawa. The staff was very nice. The bathrooms say they are locked and you have to ask the manager for the key, but this isn't true, they are unlocked. Again very clean, good food, got everything I ordered. Drive through service is quick as well.

  While the food was ok, (standard McDonald's), this restaurant is barely staffed for anyone coming in. There is no traditional front counter. You order on the app or the big tablet on the other side of the restaurant. Occasionally staff come to call out a finished order but no one is manning the one register. Plus the place is cold, like they don't want to heat the joint despite it being 7c and raining outside. The washroom you have to be buzzed into and the toilet in the men's had overflowed and water was all over the floor. The checklist shows they check just once a day. Seriously? McDonald's has lost me. I just wanted to go in, order a snack and half a coffee. Instead I walked into a automated dystopia that is like a freezer with an overflowing toilet....no thanks.
