    This was the worst experience I ever had at McDonald’s They forgot half of my Food after they said, everything was in the bag So I called in to let them know And the lady accused me of lying and hung up on my face. I’ve tried to call back multiple times and she is threatening to call the police on me because I’m trying to explain to her that they forgot half of my food. This is the worst McDonald’s location Whatever food we got was still hard and cold and miserable Do not waste your time at this McDonald’s

    Worst drive-thru experience I've ever had. I ordered 3 combo meals and clearly repeated that I wanted all three with large fries and large drinks. At the first window, I paid and assumed I had paid for all three combos. I then waited about 30 minutes in the drive-thru. At the next window, they only handed me one drink and told me to pull ahead to the reserved window. At the reserved window, they gave me only one burger and one fry. When I told them I had ordered 3 combos, they realized they had entered my order as only one combo and they didn’t pass me that combo either. then charged me for the other two combos and sent me to parking spot #2 to wait. After waiting again, an employee brought me only 2 burgers and 2 fries. They forgot both drinks and one burger and one fry. I had to point it out before they finally came back with the rest of my order. I understand mistakes happen, but waiting over 45 minutes, having my order entered incorrectly, and receiving an incomplete order multiple times is unacceptable. I work in the restaurant industry too, so I know things can get busy, but this experience was incredibly frustrating and very disappointing.

    have had to come here due to it being close to work, but i wish there was another location nearby. 9 out of 10 times they either take too long, forget items in my order or have terrible customer service. one time i was at the drive thru and i waited 5 minutes before the employee answered, she was rude, monotone and dismissive. when i rolled up to the window to pay she was laughing and talking to her coworkers and i waited another 4 minutes before she opened the window so i could pay. absolutely ridiculous

    Very slow drive thru service. Guy at the window is very confrontational and aggressive. Please remove individuals who cannot fathom basic customer service requirements. How does a simple quarter pounder order turn into a mcveggie?? Then every item ordered is suddenly is a mcveggie....... Do better. Hire better. Train better

    Absolutely unacceptable. This location can't seem to get anything right. They can't make food correctly, can't fill an order correctly, and apparently can't even pour drinks correctly. I've had seven orders in a row come out wrong. Seven. After repeatedly dealing with incorrect food, I started ordering only drinks to avoid the problem, and somehow they still managed to get those wrong too. The problems don't stop at the counter. The garbage bins are constantly overflowing, creating a messy and unpleasant environment. Every complaint is met with excuses from management instead of solutions. There is always a reason why things aren't being done, but never any meaningful action to fix them. What makes this even more frustrating is that these aren't complicated requests. McDonald's has one of the simplest and most standardized operating systems in the restaurant industry, yet this location consistently performs as if basic quality control doesn't exist. Orders aren't occasionally wrong, they're routinely wrong. At some point it stops being a mistake and starts looking like complete indifference toward customers. The most disappointing part is the apparent lack of accountability. After so many incorrect orders, dirty conditions, and repeated complaints, nothing changes. Management seems far more interested in explaining away problems than solving them. Customers shouldn't have to double-check every item, inspect every drink, and lower their expectations just to avoid being disappointed. This is easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. A restaurant that can't reliably prepare food, fill orders, maintain cleanliness, or respond to customer concerns has failed at the most basic aspects of its business. Until there is a serious overhaul of management, staff training, and quality control, I would strongly recommend spending your money literally anywhere else.
