  Ever since the renovation. The food quality went down. Three times in a row I ordered large fries and they keep giving me old hard fries. Further more the fountain drink station is gone and can’t fill your own drinks anymore. The place also is a bit smaller than before.

  I ordered new fresher mango passion fruit and black berry one we asked them to make it with less ice we made it with full ice I asked them for the less ice because my throat is not working then I asked her to remove the ice she removed the drink itself ,,, she was looking at me like in disgust is this the service and the mango one taste like eww

  Bad service at night and they talk in a bad way and I told them that I ask for an order and I speak a little English and I called 3 times all people hang up the call and I talk to them and this is not out of respect you do this with me because I don't speak English well 😞💔and I will never come to order from your restaurant

  Last 3 times I went threw drivethrew we were only ones there they will tell us to hold on and then others will show up and they will serve them first and then they play innocent like it is not insulting the customer service there is terrible at 501 ritson rd s And the worst thing is they dont even offer a sorry so I will take my buiness elsewhere for now on where they treat you better

  This is why you only need a grade 12 not even to work at McDonald’s because they hire people who can’t comprehend a simple task like putting ketchup in the bag this is the third time that they haven’t done their job properly how more simple can the task be let me teach you pick up the packets open the bag and drop the packets in the bag how hard is it like actually how are you going to charge for seasoning packets if you can’t even put ketchup packets in the bag? Why even charge people money for them if you can’t even put them in the bag we shouldn’t have to teach you how to do things you should have learned in kindergarten should not have re opened should have shut down completely if the employees can’t comprehend a simple task
