I had a very concerning experience at this location today.
I ordered an oat milk coffee because I have a dairy allergy. The first drink was incorrectly made with creamer instead. When I pointed this out, the employee argued that “half oat” meant adding oat milk on top of creamer, which showed a shocking lack of understanding about food allergies.
Dairy allergies are serious and can potentially cause severe allergic reactions. Customers should be able to trust that allergen-related requests are handled properly.
After I requested the drink be remade, the second coffee somehow even contained a strawberry inside the cup. This raised major concerns about hygiene, cross-contamination, and whether utensils or mixing tools were being cleaned properly.
This was not just a simple order mistake — it was a serious food safety issue. Staff handling food and beverages should have proper allergen awareness and sanitation training.
