  We went to this Oshawa location on a Sunday night . Our server Chris was prompt in serving us at the bar while the restaurant was quite busy and understaff. We admire that he was attentive to all his customers needs including ours . Shout out to him.

  We came in to Kelsey's for a quick business lunch. We were greeted very warmly by Candace, who took phenomenal care of us, offering us all kinds of tasty options! Thank you so much for making our experience a great one. :) Now... the food... I had a burger which was hot and delicious! My coworker had the crispy chicken bites, which were also great. Thank you folks!!! :)

  The customer service was very good however cannot say the same about the food... my son couldn't eat his fries because they tasted like sour milk... the Mac and cheese tasted like a microwave meal and was a child size portion while their chicken strips were very salty and seems to be cooked from frozen so were watery on the inside.

  Noah was an absolute BADDIE ✨💅. He gave me my food on time and he was so sty. If you have Noah as your server, you know it will be a good day! I would be so happy if I got to have him as my server again. 10/10 would definitely recommend having him as your server.

  Ok so I have been to this location before, it is better than the north end by far in terms of service and food IMHO….but tonight was extra special, because we had Maia for our Server who was so accommodating and honest and excellent with a smile on her face all the time making us feel welcome and not inconvenienced at all by our “feedback” about the appetizer! She quickly resolved our concern, going above and beyond her duties to accommodate us, 2 kids in tow! I would have given 5 stars but the appetizer we originally ordered was sub par. The best is that they agreed and were very appreciative of the honest feedback we gave wanting to resolve any issues we had. As I said, above and beyond our expectations and I have worked in the industry for a long time so I know very well what to expect! The icing on the cake was the Manager coming over in the end to “check in” and ensure everything went smoothly. We raved, especially how lovely Maia had been in accommodating us. Definitely returning without a doubt and bringing company as we normally do. Genuine service is something hard to find these days and tonight was exceptional!
