We came here for dinner one night. The food was great and the atmosphere was splendid. We had Christine as our server. She was very approachable, interactive, kind and easy to talk to. Christine made our experience much more enjoyable! She checked on us at appropriate times, and made great recommendations on the new summer menu. 10/10, would love you have Christine serve us again!
We had a wonderful experience, and Aspen made it even better. The service was excellent from start to finish attentive, friendly, and professional without ever feeling rushed. Aspen checked in regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and provided great recommendations. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing outstanding service. Thank you, Aspen, for making our meal so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

My friends and I stopped by Kelsey’s for a few drinks and Brendan made our entire night such a great experience! He was incredibly personable, friendly, and attentive from the moment we sat down. Even with a larger group, he made everyone feel welcome and took the time to connect with us. Our food and drinks came out smoothly, he was always checking in at the right times, and his positive attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Brendan as our server again!

We had a wonderful experience at Kelseys Original Roadhouse in Oshawa, thanks to Apen! From the moment we arrived, Apen was friendly, attentive, and professional. They made sure we had everything we needed, checked in at the right times, and provided excellent recommendations. Their positive attitude and outstanding customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service this exceptional. Thank you, Apen, for making our visit so memorable—we’ll definitely be back!

Unprofessional and Disrespectful Management – Beware of High-Pressure Upselling
I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this salon. I went in with my daughter to get our nails done. After finishing my feet, it was time for my hands. A woman started pressuring me to get the same expensive service as my daughter. I clearly told her that I just wanted a regular manicure.
Instead of respecting my choice, she got visibly angry because she wasn't getting the upsell. She then started speaking in her own language to another worker while looking at me and smiling/laughing. When I told her, "Don’t do that to your customer," she snapped back, "I am the manager!"
To make matters worse, she then aggressively threw my hand away. I had to tell her to stop right there and end the service. It is completely unacceptable for anyone—let alone the manager—to mistreat, mock, and handle a customer roughly just because they chose a budget-friendly option.
If you decide to come here, make sure you know your budget beforehand and prepare to be pressured and disrespected if you don't want to spend more. I will not be returnin
