- CVCurious Red D Valor1 day ago5.0When we arrived, we were seated right away. The hostess was very nice, and a gentleman escorted us to our table and took our drink order. Shortly after, he introduced us to Jovani, who served us throughout our visit. Jovani provided excellent customer service and checked on us regularly to make sure everything was okay. He also asked if there was anything else we needed during our meal. Overall, we had a very good experience and truly appreciated the friendly and attentive service.

We were greeted by a flustered manager that told us we must have ordered from another location because he didn't have our order. We explained that we were early and the order was for 5:20pm(it was around 5pm at the time). He then found the order, told us it had just come in and that we would have to give them some time. At no time did we indicate we were in any kind of rush. This guy was rude. I would have spoken up then and there but my sister asked me not to. I will be sure to have a word with him if I go back.

- CPC PMay 9, 20261.0Have a fan of Eastside Mario's and love the food but tonight dinner was very disappointing. The food too too long to be brought out and the portions were very little. Our server, Kassia was amazing. She kept asking if we needed anything and letting us know that the food was on it way. Im used to leaving very full but tonight, I was left unsatisfied. I dont know if this is now common for all Eastside locations, if it is it is very sad.
