  I had a very disappointing experience at Dairy Queen today (around 6:40 PM). I ordered a banana split and the quality and hygiene standards were far below expectations. The staff member preparing the dessert was not wearing gloves and was directly handling the bananas with bare hands, which was extremely unhygienic and off-putting. To make matters worse, I was charged extra for nuts, yet received only a tiny amount of peanuts. The presentation looked nothing like the advertised product — there were literally only two tiniest pieces of pineapple and no pineapple syrup drizzle at all. The strawberry and chocolate toppings were barely there as well, just a few drops. I expected much better quality, hygiene, and consistency. Very disappointing experience overall.

  Dairy Queen Grill & Chill was such a great experience! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. It is a perfect spot for a quick and tasty meal.

  Stopped by this location as I was shopping nearby, and decided to order a blizzard. Customer service was fine for me. The blizzard tasted good. The one downside was how cramped the space was, as I can imagine if there are a lot of customers inside the restaurant, it would definitely get uncomfortable. But despite the size, the location itself gave me some sense of nostalgia (for some odd reason). Additionally, I was shocked to see that this location sells burgers and chicken tenders (coming from out of town, no DQ locations where I live have them on the menu). This is a decent place to stop by for a quick bite.
