  The girl with specs/ glasses working today is really rude and worst customer service with such behaviour. I wonder how they keep these people still work for the management. We placed an order in store and waited for around 15 mins and asked if the order is ready and girl questioned they’re just making it and can’t we wait for a few mins ? It was so rude behaviour. We received the order after 3 mins.

  Placed an order on Uber Eats for a 4 piece chicken strip basket with fries, two sweet n sour sauces, and a snack sized blizzard (cookie dough with cheesecake bites)… absolutely unbelievable! I ONLY received my blizzard which didn’t even have the cheesecake bites! How absolutely ridiculous… how do you forget almost an entire order!?!?!?

  I’d like to know why I’m paying 2$ extra for cheesecake pieces if I’m only getting 3 genuinely concerned like this is just a scam

  I’m wondering why this location has almost zero stars. The customer service is pathetic. I visited on Wednesday night at 12:35 AM, and the employee (an Indian) wearing a headset taking orders was very rude and aggressive. This has happened twice now. That employee needs to be retrained or removed. Never visiting this location again

  Customer service was trash. Very rude, pointed fingers at customers, unnecessarily picking a fight over nothing. April 22 at 12:35 am, the one with the headset on needs to learn customer service. The other guy was chill though he navigated the miscommunication much better. Appreciate that.
