Bakery
Home-based artisan sourdough bakery offering sourdough breads, focaccia, English Muffins, bagels, pretzels, pizza dough as well as sourdough baked comforts like cookies, muffins and scones. Preorder only. Licensed by the City of Oshawa, DineSafe, Food Handler Certified.
Our menu changes weekly with certain staples that remain. Preorder online Sat until Tuesday at 8 pm for pickup every Friday.
The quality of our food is based on the quality of ingredients and we use the best ingredients we can source. We use only unbleached flour and organic flour. There is zero commercial yeast in anything we bake.
Please enquire for special orders and private workshops.
Please note we do not have a nut-free/nut-safe bakery.
