  Ordered a roadhouse burger and I got the smallest chicken burger ever. Not worth price at all and I’m literally starving. I’ve ordered this sandwich many times and this is the most smallest most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Thought they literally put on one of their small thin beef burgers. I’m seriously considering driving to Whitby instead.

  We ordered a family meal showing the picture from my phone to the cashier saying this is what I want . Got a totally different meal and when I asked about it they said there was nothing that could be done it is online only. You figure the cashier would say hey that's online only ?. I don't have a ton of money and save most or what I got so to spoil my kids and wife with burger King which is already sad to me but to pay over $50 and not even have enough to feed my kids and myself as it was suppose to be 4 burgers I received one and so chicken fries??? I will never return not only to this location but all burger kings. What a shame that one franchise ruins its for other burger King owners .

  This is one of the best Burger Kings I’ve ever been to. Whenever I’m coming to Oshawa (I’m from Toronto) this is the place we come because it’s the only Burger King location that has always had the hottest and best quality whoppers and fries. The staff all seem to enjoy working there and they are incredibly friendly. They have also offered sauces and no extra charge. I genuinely look forward to eating here.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Burger King. I placed a $49.10 order through Uber Eats on May 2nd, 2026 at 0745 and there was no option to add sauces for my nuggets in the app. I called the store immediately, expecting basic customer service, and asked if they could simply add a couple of sauces. The manager refused and gave a dismissive response like “that’s not how this works,” with zero effort to help or even understand the issue. When I explained that the app didn’t give me the option, I was essentially told to figure it out myself—which is completely unacceptable. It gets worse. When I asked for contact information for a general manager or anyone higher up, I was flat-out denied. Then, instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager hung up on me. This is not just bad service—it’s outright disrespectful. For a paying customer placing a large order, this kind of attitude is unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

  This was the best customer service I’ve ever seen at Burger King. There were two guys working there, both so kind. I accidentally ordered the wrong burger, and they changed it for me with no problem. Huge thanks to those guys for being so understanding. Honestly, top-tier service. I’ve never seen such polite and kind people before.
