  This is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service at this location. When I placed my order today, the employee asked if I wanted my food on a paper plate or in a takeout box. I asked for the box. However, once he handed me the food, I asked if I could also have a paper plate. As anyone knows, Pad Thai comes out steaming hot and holds its heat, making it way too hot for a 7-year-old to eat straight out of the container. I just wanted to spread a portion out on a plate to cool it down so my daughter could eat some now and we could take the rest home. The employee immediately became combative, saying, "I asked you if you wanted it on a plate," and making a huge deal out of a simple request. As a parent , it was incredibly frustrating to be met with that kind of attitude. I have ordered from this location before and have noticed that the staff never seems particularly friendly, which is why I usually avoid asking for anything extra. However, I do not understand why an employee would become so aggressive and confrontational over a single paper plate meant for a child. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the business and makes for a very unwelcoming environment. After this experience, this will be the last time we will ever do business with this location.

  I had online coupon on their website The guy at the counter says you need to print it and bring the coupon. Pretty aggressive when talking to the customer.

  The customer service here is by far the worst. I've seen the staff yelling at customers in the mall. They look miserable and act the same way. The food is decent but honestly I'll happily leave the mall and drive to somewhere else for lunch. Would NOT recommend.

  Atmosphere is always terrible there no smile no manners. they should have manners with the customers we are the ones that are paying them. Getting cheap on the product that’s served to you. next time you go and get food, watch them, they used the same glove. For the food never a clean one. they put it on then throw it back on the counter. after touching Money and everything else.
