  Absolutely exceptional service from Farha! She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly kind, attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and truly cares about providing excellent service. Farha is exactly the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Chick-fil-A is already known for great customer service, but she genuinely took it to another level. Management should definitely recognize her for the outstanding job she’s doing! Thank you, Farha, for making my visit such a wonderful experience! 💗💗

  A few days ago, I visited Chick-fil-A, and I had such a wonderful experience that I felt I had to come back again today. As someone who communicates using sign language and written communication because I cannot hear, I truly appreciated the kindness, patience, and respect I was shown. I would like to thank the worker Sandra who took the time to communicate with me by typing back and forth on a phone, making sure I understood everything and never making me feel rushed. She carefully double-checked my order and even took the initiative to bring my food to my table herself, making sure everything was correct so my experience would be as easy and enjoyable as possible. Her genuine care and thoughtfulness made me feel so welcome and included. Because of that experience, I came back again today, and it reminded me why I enjoyed my first visit so much. The same warm, friendly atmosphere was there, everyone had such a positive attitude, and the restaurant had such a fun and welcoming vibe. It really feels like a place that cares about all of its guests. I had the spicy chicken sandwich meal and it was pretty good.

  Im not a big chicken guy but had to check it out. I was so impressed by the service. Akim was my cashier and helped me navigate the menu. He even brough my food to my table. He checked in on me and recommended a new drink combination which he brought to my table as well. He actually sat with us and we shared some jokes. There was another attendant who was trying to serve someone their food but the customer had left. Rather then throwing out the food like most restaurants, she gave it to another customer at no extra charge. The tables, dining area and washrooms where clean. Any trash was immediately picked up by staff. A very refreshing and different fast food experience that I would highly recommend.

  To be honest, I was really put off by the drive-thru line so I went in, I figured it must be worth it with all the hype. Unfortunately, it totally fell flat for me. At the end of the day, it's just an overpriced ($35.00 for two chicken burger meals) fast-food chicken joint with a pretty bland menu. I tried the grilled chicken club, and it was just okay but seriously, it's just a standard chicken burger with mayo, completely lacking any real flavor or extra kick. The only side option for fries is frozen waffle fries (you could tell they were frozen) and the mac and cheese was a hard pass. I honestly don't know if I'll ever go back. For perspective, I made a grilled chicken burger at home the other day …pounded the chicken, let it marinate in garlic, olive oil and lemon juice, grilled it and topped it with smoked cheddar, lettuce and horseradish mayo and it was way better than anything I got there. It’s fast food …my opinion it won’t last . Because there’s nothing extra or intriguing about it …

  I ordered an original chicken sandwich and the drive thru attendant asked what sauce I wanted. That should have clued me in to ask why sauce for a chicken sandwich; Doesn’t it come with anything on it already? But I didn’t ask and chose honey mustard. I will say the service was fine and the drive thru attendant was good and polite. But the sandwich was disappointing. It had only 2 of the smallest dill pickle slices I’ve ever seen. I had no idea this sandwich had nothing else on it!? My bad for not reading the menu carefully I admit but seriously no lettuce or condiments or tomato…nothing?! For a $9+ sandwich if I hadn’t taken any sauce it would have been pretty sad. Not likely I’ll order this meal again. Note the fries were pretty good and would recommended them.
