  This review is for the subway in Orleans only because our family rarely eat out but when we do we like to eat at someplace that challenges our palate. My wife and I use to eat out at subway when we were heading to the Blues Fest, the subs were fantastic when "Gerad" was their spokes person. However, this visit was to purchase a sub for our granddaughter who was going on a field trip and she wanted subway. I would normally make her a lunch but she wanted subway. While the ease of transport made the sub a good meal. I watched the staff behind the counter prepare the sandwich and it looked like they were trying to save money on the fillings. The amount of chicken they used only filled 3/4 of a 12 foot sub. The the prep staff then proceeded to spread the content over the remaining 1/3 of the footlong in order to make it meet whatever little standard they had established for preparing their subs. All I can say is that the commercial look of the subs are of a far higher quality and filling. These same commercials are used as props to try and sell a product that is far below what's actually presented in-store. I could not in fair conscience recommend the Subway at the intersection of Innes Rd and 10th line. Based on their preparation techniques, the amount of meat in the actual sub when compared to the commercial look of the sandwich when filmed for television. This is the typical bait and switch where a product is presented as something entirely different than the actual product sold in the store. If you are looking for a subway sandwich that resembles the commercial version you will be severely disappointed. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the way the sub was prepared. Following this as I have tried to do if I am not eating the food is to follow up with the individual that consumed the food. I asked my granddaughter how she found the sub and her exact words were it did not taste as the one she HD previously had with her father. I wish this review could have been more positive for Subway but my reviews are honest and forthcoming based on my particular palate.

  rude employee. was too busy making his own sandwich kept switching back and forth from making his own food to mine. I said i didnt want jalepenos still he put them, when i mentioned those are jalepenos he raised his voice and said he knew, yet still he put them..... lacked basic common sense! When he took those out of my sandwich, he put them right back into the bin! CROSS CONTIMINATION!!!!!!

  They were very stingy with the sub toppings. When part of our son's sub had no cheese and we asked to add some, they moved the cheese over and wouldn't add any to cover the entire sub.

  Every experience here is great. The customer service is outstanding. Drew and Dev always greet me with a smile. I only go here.

  I’ve come here since I was a kid, I have always felt welcomed and the food is always good, can’t forget the great customer service. Overall an excellent store!
